If you missed the first-ever
NJN Online Retailing Forum, then you should prepare for the next
upcoming event to be announced soon. Store owners, marketers,
webmasters, IT directors, operations executives, buyers and sales
professional attended the first event on July 29, 2008.
The
NJN Online Retailing Forum is by invitation-only. Therefore if you are
not on the National Jeweler Network email list, then you should
complete the enclosed form and join the forum's information
distribution list.
The event is for qualifying jewelry retailers only. Non-retailers are permitted to attend as an official event sponsor.
Non-Retailer Registration
Registration is also available to non-retailer members of the industry for $1695. (see terms and conditions below).
REGISTRATION QUALIFICATION
In
order to qualify as a jewelry retailer please see below. You must
provide at least two of the following document to qualify as a jewelry
retailer when requested by the organizers of the National Jeweler
Network Online Retailing Forum.
- Three invoices showing purchase of FINISHED Jewelry within the last 12 months.
- Business Card that includes your company name and address
- Business License indicating you are a retail business (NOT a seller's permit or Tax ID).
- A Copy of the first two pages of your store lease or photograph of inside and outside of store
- Letter
of Intent from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating the
intent to start a new retail business (acceptable for new businesses
only)
National
Jeweler Network Online Retailing Forum is a TRADE ONLY event. You must
submit qualifying documents to register as a jewelry retailer.
Registrations received without qualifying documents will automatically
be a pending attendee until qualification documents are received and
reviewed by National Jeweler Online Retailing Forum registration
department.
NON-RETAILER REGISTRATION
- Non-exhibiting
manufacturers, suppliers, and loose stone dealers (non-jewelry
retailers) will be permitted to attend National Jeweler Network Online
Retailing Forum for a fee of $1695 per person
- Non-jewelry retailers will not be granted access to the JA-New York show floor
- Non-exhibiting
manufacturers, suppliers, and loose stone dealers are not permitted to
solicit exhibitors, attendees or any other participants of the National
Jeweler Network Online Retailing Forum and/or JA-New York event

JA-New York ADMISSION IS NOT GRANTED TO:
- General public/guest
- Non-exhibiting manufacturers, suppliers, loose stone dealers
- Individuals operating businesses from home
- All individuals under the age of 16 including infants
- Individual personalized business and personal photo identifications must be carried at all times
- No
children under 16 is allowed on the show floor, including infants (Only
exception is if infant is carried in a baby carrier, NO STROLLERS are
allowed at all times)
- No one will be permitted to vouch for another individual’s credentials.
Any
photographs taken of you during the JA New York Show or the National
Jeweler Network Online Retailing Forum may be used for promotional
purposes.
